Clearly a loss is the most difficult time taking on board bereavement and having to make necessary arrangements. The service and level of care offered from day one by both Anand and Jas was impeccable and really took the strain off the family. They know their job inside out and did everything possible to make sure we were informed and understood everything that was going to happen.
